Initiating a Return: Return request will be accpeted within 6 days of delivery. Please contact support@indrikaa.com for return request approval.
Eligibility: Return will only be accepted if the delivered product, is not as per the specification as mentioned in website.
Also product should be in Original condition, unworn, with tags & packaging intact.
Return Shipping Cost: Non-refundable. Please use trackable service.
Ordering Multiple Sizes with Intention of Returning Items that Don't Fit: Discouraged. Please consult with us at support@indrikaa.com for sizing advice and we'll be happy to help.
Order Cancellation: Within 1 hour of placing order by sending email to support@indrikaa.com
Exchanges: Contact support@indrikaa.com, return original item, provide tracking proof.
Refunds: Processed to original payment method after return inspection. Shipping not refundable. Processing time varies.
Damaged/Defective Items: Submit parcel opening video proof within 48 hours of delivery to support@indrikaa.com. Free reshipment offered.
